OVERVIEW
This program is designed for properties with active hot tubs that are used by rental guests and owners. This program is optional but must be connected to one of the SCMR management programs. If your property has a private hot tub and you do not want to sign up with this program, the hot tub will not be available for guest use. (This is due to county guidelines and restrictions for public hot tub use.)
FEATURES
- $139 monthly service fee plus $19 per day*
- Regular chemical and water level checks & balances
- Full service between each guest stay
- Full service after the 4th day of each guest stay
- As needed drain and fill included every 3 months
- Chemicals included
- Water added as needed
- Vacuum out dirt/debris of the tub
- Clean snow off the cover and steps when needed
- Rinsing filters as needed
*For full-service Platinum clients the $19 daily fee fee is paid by the guest; for Gold or Silver rent-by-owner clients this fee will appear on the owner’s statement
À LA CARTE SERVICES
- Additional drain and fill: $200 each
- Snow removal from decks and patios: Hourly fee based on the management program selected
- Minor troubleshooting of hot tub problems: Hourly fee based on the management program selected
- Investigating leaks: Hourly fee based on the management program selected
- Coordinating major repairs: Hourly fee based on the management program selected
- Managing emergencies: Hourly fee based on the management program selected
HOW IT WORKS
Owner will sign up for one of the SCMR management programs. The management program is the master agreement.
All features and services of this Hot Tub program will be incorporated into the master agreement.
